The holiday buffet features all of the traditional favorites such as roasted tom turkey, spiral ham, and prime rib roast. Guests may visit the custom omelet station or top a Belgian waffle with your favorite fruit topping. Other items include homemade cream of broccoli and cheese soup and of course, our world famous Mrs. Knott’s fried chicken with buttermilk biscuits. No Thanksgiving meal would be complete without delicious pies! Guests will delight in the many desserts such as pumpkin, boysenberry, and apple pie. Champagne is included while holiday eggnog, sparkling cider, beer and wine are available at an additional price.
